CANCELLATION POLICY

Gaazna reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, based on various factors such as product availability, pricing inaccuracies, credit and fraud concerns, and more.

  1. Cancellation by Customer Before Shipping:
  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund of the entire order value will be provided.
  1. Cancellation by Customer After Shipping:
  • Orders cancelled by customers after product shipment will only be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances:

– Defective items from the manufacturer.

– Items damaged during shipping by the courier.

  1. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy:
  • Please note that, in general, our products are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are unique and rare.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. Defective Item Replacement:
  • If you receive a defective item, contact our Customer Care within 4 days of delivery.
  • Provide proper video proof of the defective product.
  • We will recall the defective product and promptly ship a return..
  • No replacement/exchange is available after 3 days of delivery.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Exceptional Refunds & Returns:
  • We generally have a non-refundable and non-returnable policy.
  • Refunds and returns are only considered under specific exceptional circumstances:
  1. Reseller defect.
  2. Damage during transit.
  3. Missing products.
  4. Receipt of the wrong product.
  • A visual proof (image and video) of the damaged/missing product must be provided within 3 days of delivery.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return request, contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • After receiving the returned items and completing quality & fraud analysis, a refund will be credited to your account.
