– Items damaged during shipping by the courier.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Defective Item Replacement:

- Provide proper video proof of the defective product.
- We will recall the defective product and promptly ship a return..
- No replacement/exchange is available after 3 days of delivery.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
